All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information.
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care.
Personalized and made to order items take a few days to produce. On occasion, if your order contains a back-ordered product, we may need to hold item(s) in-order to ship the complete order. Shipping costs are based on the items ordered, item weight, and distance of shipping.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available for all US orders over $50. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international customers at this time.
REFUSED DELIVERY
Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers.
We are happy to ship packages internationally including Canada, Mexico and overseas. Import duties, taxes, and charges ARE included in the shipping charge for UPS selected.
All international shipments will ship out when the order is ready in full. Due to shipping orders complete, shipping time-frame may extend to 3-4 weeks. Please check to see if items you ordered are Special Order Items or Back/Pre-Order Items.
